Emergency loans of $50 are available to students in need of financial assistance. This service is exclusively for currently enrolled undergraduate students at the University of Sydney.
Loan term: 30 days.

Calculator loans
The SRC provides University-approved calculators for student loan for the day.
To borrow a calculator, all you need to do is present your current USyd student card at the SRC Front Office.
- Cost: Free
- Loan period: For the day only
- Extended exam period pick-up hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Pick-up hours (all other weeks): Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- For loans outside of these hours: please call 02 9660 5222 to make an arrangement

Science/Lab Equipment Loans
The SRC provides science lab equipment loans for the day of your lab class. Items available for loan include: lab coats, safety glasses and dissection kits. All that is required is a current USyd student card to be presented to the SRC. The loan is just for the day and is to be returned once your lab is finished. There is no cost involved.
