SRC END-OF-YEAR CLOSURE: The SRC is closed from 5pm Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 7th January 2025.
We will not be responding to any enquiries during this time, however, if you fill out our Caseworker Contact Form a caseworker will respond to you as soon as possible after we return.
Please note that the University is closed during the same time as the SRC. These days do not count as working days when calculating University deadlines.

Complete this form to be reimbursed for SRC expenditures. Reimbursements must be submitted no later than 2 months after date of purchase.

Please see below examples of an valid tax invoice and valid receipt, ensure the documents you submit has all of the details needed for us to process it. 

Please note that a screenshot of a payment made or receipt without itemised list including GST component is not acceptable nor is just a bank statement showing the transaction. Please ensure when taking a photo that its legible.

If you are submitting for a payment to be made by a person or student who does not have an ABN please ask them to fill out the ATO Supplier Statement and send that through along with bank payment details, instead of an invoice.

Reporting of Hazards, Incidents & Near Misses

As a student or staff member of the SRC you are responsible to report all hazards, incidents & near misses to the WHS officer Laura Kitsos.

A hazard: A hazard can be many things, for example, a rip in the carpet, a leak in the ceiling, a broken powerpoint, someone that is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or anything that may cause mental or physical harm to another person.

Accidents, Incidents & Near Misses: Accidents & incidents are an event that has unintentionally happened, that resulted in damage, injury or harm. Near misses are an event that may or may not have resulted in damage, harm or injury.

If you are the person that either witnessed or the person affected by any of the above please fill out an incident report and email the WHS officer Laura Kitsos as soon as possible. Email address is provided on the incident report template below
