In order to give you the best advice possible, your caseworker will need to read the documents, emails and letters relevant to your case. Please bring a printed copy (on paper) of these to your appointment, or alternatively email them BEFORE your appointment to Caseworkers will NOT read your documents off your phone or laptop.

These documents may include:

  • Your academic record if the matter is about a University or Centrelink matter. This can be a screen shot of Sydney Student, list all of your past subjects, not just this semester.
  • All emails or letters that you have sent or received about the issue.
  • Contracts, agreements, and receipts for accommodation or housing issues.
  • Documents about previous related issues
