In order to give you the best advice possible, your caseworker will need to read the documents, emails and letters relevant to your case. Please bring a printed copy (on paper) of these to your appointment, or alternatively email them BEFORE your appointment to help@src.usyd.edu.au. Caseworkers will NOT read your documents off your phone or laptop.
These documents may include:
- Your academic record if the matter is about a University or Centrelink matter. This can be a screen shot of Sydney Student, list all of your past subjects, not just this semester.
- All emails or letters that you have sent or received about the issue.
- Contracts, agreements, and receipts for accommodation or housing issues.
- Documents about previous related issues
